10- Ped son ruub

Crispy triangle stuffed with roast duck and vegetables, it has a pleasant cinnamon aroma. Another appetizer dish I would like to recommend, accompanied by sweet chilli sauce.

Toong Tong Thai Money Pouches, a traditional Thai spring roll, is the perfect blend of minced chicken and prawns, wrapped in small crispy golden rice pancakes, served with plum sauce.

12- Pan sib

Deep fried puff pastry with tofu and curried vegetables, with all the flavour of the crispy puff pastry filling that is unique to “Pan Sib”, served with tamarind sauce and peanuts.

19- Som tum thai

Authentic Thai green papaya salad with prawns, carrot, tomato, green beans, dried shrimp, lime dressing, palm sugar, fish sauce, tamarind, lime juice and roasted peanuts.

20- Yum pla muk

Another dish recommended by the chef is this spicy Thai octopus salad, which contains Thai herbs and mangoes from the Canary Islands and has a spicy, sweet and sour taste.

22- Yum ma kheau

Spicy grilled aubergine salad, cooked minced chicken, prawns, aubergine, shallot, mint, spring onion, coriander, lemongrass. This is another one of those wonderful dishes that can be found all over Thailand.
